Japan Candy Box

Today I’d like to show you my Japan Candy Box! >yummy<

Japan Candy Box is a monthly subscription box filled yummy Japanese candies and snacks from the most popular brands. They are monthly themed and I’ve got the Character Snacks. It’s because on 6th May Japan celebrates Children’s Day.

They have three different plans to subscribe, which goes from 1-month plan, 6-months plan (being the most popular among subscribers) and 12-months plan. You can check the link in the end to see values and get your Japan Candy Box subscription.

This is the look of my box and the items I’ve got:

There is 10 items in the box and I think I have never ate any of these candies/snacks. Right, except the bubble guns!

My favourite were Pokémon Sun & Moon Gum and Marukawa Kirby Match Gum, where you can combine two different gum flavours to get a new one (super interesting); Detective Conan Chocolate bar (Com’on! It’s chocolate. There is no way it could be bad!); Ginbis Lady Corn Snack, I’m in love with this wonderful baked corn snack; Koala’s March Cookies Cream Pudding, I hoped a lot that this cookie could come in this box (because it’s a limited edition!) and it’s not disappointing!; two dagashi packages: Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger and Pretty Cure Gummies, that were delicious.

The remaining snacks are: Umaibo Puzzles & Dragons, which is a special edition of the puffy Umaibo corn snack flavoured with ginger ale (dragon flavour) (I thought it had an interesting bouncy flavour); Puku Puku Tai Wafer Mint flavour and Bake Hello Kitty Uji Matcha Chocolate, which I was not a huge fan of them because the strong flavours I’m not used to. ;-;

Overall, I’m satisfied with the box and its items. I think most of them are really yummy and fun to share with friends. When I get a new opportunity I’ll buy another one!!
